We will be doing a 6.0.2 to 6.0.3 upgrade this weekend to all Zimbra locations… so mail may be unavailable temporarily in the late evening on Sat/Sun while the upgrade happens…
Accroding to the release notes, this is what is changing…
Major Fixes in ZCS 6.0.3
42570,42422 These bug fixes are Zimbra’s response to CVE-2009-3555, which is an SSL “man in the middle” vulnerability.
41920 Fixed issue that was causing duplicate contacts to display.
42074 Scrolling now works correctly
42127 The body of an email message now displays correctly.
42012, 42477 Two Jetty networking problems were fixed.
Nothing major that you will notice, but hmm… will be interested in the scrolling issue fix. I know the change from the <prev>-<next> buttons to a scroll bar in your mail list (that happened in 6.0.0) has not been a favorite among some of you… so prehaps they have made some improvements based on feedback…
Also.. we have received some more feedback about the spell check issue… its a bit more widespread than we thought… its not isolated to one server, all three have just a few users where the spelling check is an issue… We are continuing to work on it, but have not found the source of the problem yet (maybe we will get lucky and the update and subsequent reboot of the servers will correct it for these people)…
In the short term, if you really want spell check if it is not working, and you are not using FireFox.. You may want to switch to it… it has a built in spell check (and is just a better browser IMHO)
Thanx!
